The Russian Orthodox St. Serguis Assembly & Learning Center was founded at the Tolstoy Foundation Inc in 2007 in Valley Cottage, NY, USA. Our Center helps to preserve Russian culture and language, welcomes new students and organizes wonderful cultural events.
